The Hilltoppers will be meeting at 11am at Monna Garden restaurant. The program will be presented by Steve Elmore, Program Director with the WI DNR. He will be talking about how the DNR protects the drinking water of Wisconsin. From protection against arsenic, nitrates, or lead and managing through drought or flood, Steve will cover it all!
